INSTRUCTIONS
To prepare this tea, simply add 2-3tsps herbs (we just use a large pinch, you can use more or less depending on the strength that you're looking for) to a tea bag or infuser and place in 8oz hot water, steep for 5-10 min. If iced, use 2x herbs. You can add milk, honey, lemon or agave to taste if you prefer. This blend is caffeine-free.
