  • Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, with the majority of orders being shipped on the next business day.

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

  • All orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, USPS will attempt redelivery on the next business day. If you are unable to sign for the package at home, please visit your local post office to retrieve it as soon as possible. 

2. Address Changes

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. It is crucial that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

3. Address Verification

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure its accuracy.

  • If you notice an error or issue with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@urbll.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after your order has been processed.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly or your local authorities to file a report.

5. Shipping Methods

  • We offer various shipping methods during checkout, and the delivery times and costs associated with each method will be displayed for your selection.

  • Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
