Shipping policy

At Urbll, we want to provide you with a smooth and efficient shopping experience, including the delivery of your orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle the shipment of your purchases.

1. Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, with the majority of orders being shipped on the next business day.

    Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

    Transit times vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and the shipping method selected during checkout. Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

    All orders valued over $200 will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, USPS may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup at your local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking information and arrange for pickup if necessary.

    Orders that are returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or otherwise undeliverable will not be eligible for a refund of original shipping and handling charges. Any request to reship a returned package will require payment of a new shipping fee.

2. Address Verification

  • Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order to ensure all information is accurate and complete. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@urbll.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed.

    Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. We are not responsible for additional costs, delays, lost packages, returned packages, or other delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise inaccurate address information provided at checkout.

    Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or unclaimed address may be eligible for reshipment at the customer's expense once the package has been returned. We do not offer refunds for shipping and handling charges, free replacement shipments, or refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to address errors entered at checkout.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly or your local authorities to file a report.

5. Shipping Methods

  • We offer a variety of shipping methods during checkout. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be displayed for your selection before completing your purchase.

    Please note that all delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

    While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Any "delivery by" dates shown at checkout are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and other external factors beyond our control.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on your location or local laws and regulations. These restrictions will be communicated during the checkout process. 

7. International Shipping

  • We may offer international shipping to select countries. Additional fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for these charges.
