Our signature Pre-Ground Mood Blends are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using only organic, all-natural herbs — no fillers, no chemicals, and nothing artificial, ever. Each blend is intentionally formulated to support a specific vibe or ritual, and the herbs you see listed are the only ones inside. Versatile and easy to use, they can be steeped as tea, used as incense, incorporated into self-care routines, or used however you like to work with herbs.

- Brewed as tea, in place of your morning coffee, as part of your wind-down ritual, or for any type of mood setting ☕

🌿 Tea Preparation
• 2-3 tsp blend in tea bag*
• 6-8oz hot water (not boiling)
• Steep for 5-7 minutes
• Optional: Add milk, honey, lemon, agave, or any other sweetener of your choice to taste
*Please Note: This is a pre-ground blend, meaning finer particles than traditional full-leaf herbal tea. Because of this, we recommend you only use tea bags to brew our pre-ground blends (NOT infusers). If you'd like to brew these same blends of herbs using an infuser, we recommend using our "tea" blends, here: Tea

• Sampler Box: Each Sampler Box includes a sample of each of our 7 pre-ground herbal mood blends. The 7 sample blends come in a kraft box with a sliding transparent cover and includes a bamboo sampling spoon. Each sample contains 4–5g of our pre-ground herbal blend, packaged in a sleek mylar bag with a clear front and resealable top to keep your herbs fresh. Please note: this smaller bag does not stand upright like our larger sizes. It features a front label with the ingredient list, but does not include the back label with extra info or tea instructions. The sampler box has a label on the back of the box with general information and tea brewing instructions.
