Our Happy Heart Tea Blend is meticulously crafted to support cardiovascular wellness.

TEA PREPARATION

  1. Add 2-3 tsp to tea bag or infuser
  2. Steep in hot water for 5-10 minutes
  3. Optional: Add milk, honey, or your choice or sweetener to suit your tastebuds
  4. Sip and enjoy
