100% Organic Cardamom Whole Pods • Elettaria cardamomum

Green Cardamom pods are the small, spindle-shaped seed pods of plants belonging to the family Zingiberaceae, specifically the species Elettaria cardamomum. 
Known as the "Queen of Spices," cardamom is native to India, Bhutan, Nepal, and Indonesia, and is widely used in both culinary and medicinal applications.
