Chaga Mushrooms grow primarily on birch trees in cold climates and have been used for centuries in traditional medicine. Our pristine Chaga Mushrooms are grown naturally and organically (without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, chemicals or additives) in the Sayan mountains of Siberia.

Some studies suggest that Chaga Mushrooms may have anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, immune-boosting, and anti-cancer properties, as they are rich in antioxidants, such as polyphenols, which may help protect cells from oxidative damage.

Our miniature nuggets are ideal for brewing as tea, as the increased surface area allows for more efficient extraction of the beneficial compounds when compared to traditional Chaga chunks.

TEA PREPARATION

1. Add 1-2 tsp to tea bag or infuser

2. Steep in hot water for 15-20 minutes

3. Optional: Add milk, honey, or sweetener to suit your taste

4. Sip and enjoy ♡
