🌿 Hot Tea Preparation
1. Add 2-3 teaspoons of tea to a tea bag or infuser
2. Place in 6-8 oz of hot water
3. Steep for 5-7 minutes for best flavor and benefits
4. Enjoy as is or add milk, honey, lemon, or agave to taste

🌿 Iced Tea Preparation
1. Use twice the amount of herbs (4-6 teaspoons per 6-8 oz of water) for a stronger brew
2. Steep in hot water for 5-7 minutes as you would for hot tea
3. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours for a chilled infusion (for instant iced tea, pour the hot tea directly over a cup of ice)
5. Sweeten as desired with honey, agave, or lemon and enjoy!
