Our signature Pre-Ground Mood Blends are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using only organic, all-natural herbs — no fillers, no chemicals, and nothing artificial, ever. Each blend is intentionally formulated to support a specific vibe or ritual, and the herbs you see listed are the only ones inside. Versatile and easy to use, they can be steeped as tea, used as incense, incorporated into self-care routines, or used however you like to work with herbs.

🌿 Tea Preparation
• 2-3 tsp blend in tea bag*
• 6-8oz hot water (not boiling)
• Steep for 5-7 minutes
• Optional: Add milk, honey, lemon, agave, or any other sweetener of your choice to taste
*Please Note: This is a pre-ground blend, meaning finer particles than traditional full-leaf herbal tea. Because of this, we recommend you only use tea bags to brew our pre-ground blends (NOT infusers). • Skinny Jar: Each Skinny Glass Jar holds approximately 1oz of our pre-ground herbal blend and is sealed with a twist-on, air-tight lid to keep your herbs fresh. A branded label includes background info, tea instructions, and more. Every jar also comes with a wooden scoop, perfect for mindful, mess-free serving.

• Glass Jar: Each Glass Jar holds approximately 2oz of our pre-ground herbal blend and is sealed with a twist-on, air-tight lid to keep your herbs fresh.
