About Egyptian Blue Lotus

In ancient Egypt, the Blue Lotus held a dual role as a beverage and a smoking herb, each with its own set of perceived effects:

As a tea, the petals and buds of the Blue Lotus were infused into hot water, creating a soothing and aromatic drink believed to induce relaxationeuphoria, and a sense of tranquility. This concoction was often consumed during religious ceremonies and social gatherings, serving as a means to connect with the divine and achieve a heightened state of consciousness.

As a smoking herb, Blue Lotus could also be dried and smoked in various forms, such as in pipes or rolled into cigarettes. When smoked, it was thought to produce a more immediate and intense experience, characterized by its mild psychoactive effects (see this page to learn more about Egyptian Blue Lotus and what "mildly psychoactive" really means) that fostered meditative states, vivid dreams, and a gentle sense of euphoria.

Whether imbibed as tea or inhaled as smoke, the Blue Lotus played a significant role in ancient Egyptian culture, intertwined with their spiritual practices and quest for altered states of mind.

About Red Tiger Lotus

The Red Tiger Lotus has been put to use as a traditional medicine for thousands of years. Correct use of the Red Tiger Lotus, usually brewed as a tea or smoked as a mixture, is said to bring relaxation and promote deeper sleep with the added benefit of lucid dreams. It has also been used to treat liver conditions, urinary tract infections and it even has some traditional uses as a powerful, natural aphrodisiac that can promote a stronger, healthier sex drive. The Red Lotus plant is often used as a natural remedy throughout Asia, India and Africa. Its use for relaxation and vivid, lucid dreams are only becoming more widely known today.

About Sacred White Lotus

The Sacred White Lotus held a revered place in the religious and cultural practices of ancient civilizations, particularly in regions like India and Southeast Asia. The White Lotus was cherished for its ethereal beauty and deep spiritual symbolism. In these cultures, the lotus flower is often associated with purity, enlightenment, and rebirth.

The practice of consuming Sacred White Lotus as a tea involved steeping its petals and stamens in hot water, creating a mild and subtly aromatic infusion. This tea was believed to induce a serene and contemplative state of mind, conducive to meditation and inner reflection.

The smoking of Sacred White Lotus was a ritualistic practice, with the dried petals or extract often used in pipes or rolled into cigarettes. When smoked, it was thought to evoke a gentle sense of relaxation and mental clarity, fostering a heightened awareness of one's surroundings and thoughts.

Whether consumed as a tea or smoked, the Sacred White Lotus served as a conduit to spiritual realms and inner exploration, embodying the profound connection between nature, consciousness, and human experience.
