🌿 Brewing Instructions
• Add 1–2 tsp of blend to tea bag or infuser
• Steep 5–7 minutes in 6-8 oz hot water
• Strain and enjoy warm. For a stronger cup, steep longer.
• Optional: Add milk, lemon, honey, agave, or any tea enhancer of your choice.
