Lucid Dreams has been carefully designed with all-organic herbs that have been traditionally used to enhance the vividness, content and recall of one’s dreams. These herbs also work together to support restful sleep and improve one‘s likelihood of lucid dreaming (the ability/awareness to change the course of one’s dreams). Lucid dreaming is considered a learned skill that can be accomplished with practice, and can be assisted with certain herbs, such as Mugwort, Egyptian blue lotus and Calea zacatechichi

TEA PREPARATION

To prepare this tea, simply add 1-2 tsp to a tea bag or infuser. Steep in 6-8oz hot (not boiling) water for ~5 minutes. Caution: steeping too long may result in tea that is too bitter to drink. If prepping iced tea, use 2x herbs. Whether you are sipping hot or iced, you may add milk, honey, lemon or agave/sweetener of your choice to taste. This blend can be bitter, but with proper steeping technique and adding your favorite tea toppers before consuming, it can make a delightful wind down tea at the end of a long day. We recommend consuming this tea 30min - 1hr before bed. This blend is caffeine-free, vegan, all-natural and ethically and sustainably sourced.

TASTE: This tea has an earthy, somewhat bitter taste, due to some of the dream-enhancing herbs in the blend such as Calea zacatechichi (which goes by many names, including "Mexican Dream Herb" and "Bitter Grass"), and Mugwort. We recommend using lemon, agave, milk or honey to help with the taste of this powerful tea blend

• Sample - Contains ~6g (3-4 servings) in a holographic baggie with a see-through front. The sample bag does not stand upright on its own like the larger sizes, but it does have a front and back label with general information and suggested use. - Photos coming soon.
• Loose by the Ounce - Size options: .5oz, 1oz, 2oz, 4oz, 8oz, 16oz*. These loose blends come in a standup holographic bag with a clear front, so you are able to see the herbs inside. Each bag has a front and back label with instructions for use. *16oz may come in two 8oz pouches.
• Glass Jar - Each jar holds approximately 1oz of Lucid Dreams Tea with a twist-on, air-tight lid and descriptive label with general information about the blend and tea brewing instructions. Each jar comes with a wooden scooping spoon as well, making it a great gift to yourself, or someone you love!
